All the rest of the time, We tend to think of unexpected difficulties as a Pain in the Neck.

Rhinos find that when We are feeling Upbeat, everything seems to contribute to the overall Upbeatiness. It seems to be how things work.
We enjoy these periods while they last, and look forward to their return when they take a break.
We like to keep our options simple.

The Staff of ‘Your Inner Rhino’ is aware that Rhinos hold a fascination for the Reader. Obviously, right? We certainly find ourselves riveting.
On a usual basis, We select a Topic, and address it. But it would be dandy if You, the Readership, posed questions or suggestions or comments on Topics of particular Interest to you. The Staff would hate to think you were pining for something which We could illuminate, happily.
Each of you has an Inner Rhino, We want you to feel welcome to pose ideas or whatevers. Yes? Rest assured, Nothing is too Trivial for Us!
Off and Away
So it’s a New Year, and Rhinos are on the Go. Our Motors rev, our Focus sharpens, We Pant, We Growl, We Fidget.
Now, all We Rhinos need to figure out is, where are We going?
It’s surprising how often that Question comes up.
Self Control
Every Species has its own special sets of Guidelines, ways of keeping most family members from Catastrophe. These customs are taught in many ways, both direct and by Experiment. Despite Mavericks and Comedians, the point is that these Rules are in place. Rhinos call it Tradition.
Rhino Rules are not readily understood by Critters other than Rhinos. In fact, they are not always apparent to Rhinos; these are just the Do’s and Don’ts of Rhinodom. Generally speaking, We comply.
In our Efforts to comprehend the Rules of other Critters, We are seldom successful. Can We truly understand their what or why? We have doubts.
Get Real
Rhinos spend a lot of time Pondering. Weighing. Analyzing. Chewing. We might like to say that our thinking is free of Subjective bias or passion, but We have never figured out how that could be.
Objectivity seems to deny Us ourselves in relation to our subject matter. We are to stand aside and assess. Get Scientific.
Well, er, um, it is Not a Rhino Approach.

Rhinos are dedicated to the concept of Friendship, of Appreciation and Respect and Encouragement shared with Us and other Critters as well. Near and far. Today and Tomorrow.
Makes Us feel good and makes them feel good. So much to be grateful for.
Naturally.
Moving Forward
Sometimes a good Friend is not available to chum around with. But Rhinos have to be philosophical about the missing playmate.
We concentrate on the energies and uplifts that Friendship has provided, and surf forward, riding the wave of that Friendly Goodness and Encouragement.
There’s no reason to suppose We Rhinos are not fully rooting for Friends, absent or present. Time has nothing much to do with it.
Knock, knock. Who’s there?
If any of you Philosophers had planned to come to ‘Your inner Rhino.com’ for an explanation of Gottlob Frege’s Puzzle, you will be disappointed.
We Rhinos have tried looking into it, the puzzle that is, but We got nowhere.
Rhinos know a lot, but We stop short of Knowing Everything.
