Here is today’s YIR Quiz! Is the plant on display 1) an Anyphosnic or 2) a Pnosimachy or 3) a Symphonica?
The answer is: Who cares? The flower is unto itself, a plant full of vitality, with charms, none of which require definition or description. Its Being is the issue, not how to capture it and confine its potential. We cannot own or limit it.

Wyoming (admitted to the country today, 1890) has a rich history. It is the there that the first women were elected justice of the peace, governor, and court bailiff- in the nation. Speaks of sensible thinking, at least that’s how Rhinos see it.
Almost half the land of Wyoming is held for the public to enjoy. The western 2/3 of the state are developments of the Rocky Mountains, and the eastern third is high plains. There are numerous mountain ranges, all of them pretty grand. And lots of national parks as well.
We salute Yellowstone National Park. Mighty fine- and astonishing too.
Rhinos are Naturally lucky. We are Rhinos, right? What more could We ask?
There are probably many other wonderful things to be, but in our experience, We’re mighty Marvelous. If Rhinos don’t celebrate Us, who’s going to do it?!
We trust this does not sound like arrogance; it isn’t. Its a simple holler of gratitude to Nature for its generosity.
Lemons are very nice, but Rhinos find they make our lips wrinkly.

Interspecies Testing is often disappointing. When Humans ask Rhinos questions, the questions seek Human answers. If the roles were reversed, Human would be as nonplussed by the questions as We are.
One thing that Rhinos try to avoid is Random Mental Clutter (RMC). Presence of mind is a Rhino Essential, so trivia does not usually profit Us anything. We are Naturally informed.
When it comes to thoughts, We feel that less is more. Often.
Today Virginia became the 10th State back in 1788. Virginia has had an interesting history, which you might look up. It is too tremendous for YIR.
What We can mention is the Virginia Reel, which has its roots in European folk dance. It involves hopping and skipping, both of which are Rhino specialities. As you doubtless know.
The state mammal of Virginia is the big-earred bat, so We showed an Opossum instead. The Virginia Possums are accomplished dancers. Also, they are marsupials, which should count for something!
Exactly where our Rhino is headed, either on foot or by conjecture, It is not YIR’s focus today.
What Rhinos must grasp, in the Wild or in Captivity, is that wherever We go, there We are.
