Nature does it again!
Occasionally, one of Us will be thunderstruck by a random piece of Cosmic Excellence, as it sweeps past. We stand transfixed, immobilized by the Phenomenon.
How long this dumbfounded state lasts is hard to calculate. Other critters are oblivious, and the Rhino in question loses all sense of Time. Could be minutes, could be days?
These incidents are uncommon, but they do add a sense of Mystery to daily life, and frankly, many daily lives could use the boost.
Mother’s Day
Moms are great! That’s what Rhinos think, and We are seldom wrong.
Out to Luncheon
Delirium is often spoken of as though it were an undesirable state of mind, typified by a lack of self-control and peak emotion.
Rhinos do not see Delirium quite that way. We feel as though our Delirious Side is lurking around each elbow, ready to take the reigns when needed. And frankly, We are grateful for the backup. Even the most stately Rhino needs to let it all out, the often-er, the better.
Delirium is one of the regulated Rhino’s Default Valves.
Licking our wounds
Sometimes Rhinos get vexed when there is no general concern displayed over exotic or distressing Events.
It is good to recall that friends or relatives may know nothing of the situation, or conceivably be having problems themselves.
Ah well.
Hey Presto!
Magic is all about snappy shifts: it was that thing, now it’s this thing! Ta Daaaaah.
So everything doesn’t take a bunch of time to change. Sometimes a Rhino will just have an Insight, and then, Zap!, everything is different. A Change of Mind.

Finding out
Rhinos are naturally curious; it’s a sign of Great Intellect, at least that’s the way We tell it.
Since We cannot read, Rhinos have our own methods of doing research. These methods answer our needs, and why else would We do the research anyway? (We only pretend to read, just for the picture.)

Skipping ’round the May Pole
Today, hanging a May Day flower basket on a loved one’s door may seem Quaint. But Rhinos are a sentimental gang, for which We make no apologies.

Room for Speculation
There is discussion among the RhinoCommunity about how to tell if a Glacier is coming or going.
We know that Glaciers take their own good time.
Rhinos might learn a lot from Glaciers, although We are not sure what.
Feeling Prickly
We Rhinos are not gracious when dealing with our individual Expectations. When We fall short, We get grumpy, childish as that may be. We call this state Rhinocupine-osity. Cranky is as Crabby does, and like that.
