From a Rhino POV, We can only be truly known from the symphony of scents, the condensation of qualities, the cataract of nose-seducers We exude. The dimensions of the Experience are incalculable.
Nature has been extremely generous with Rhinos.
This Natural Scentential may make Us a wee bit smug, but can you wonder?
Hiccups happen, as you probably are aware. Rhinos bear with them when they must, having no other option.
The question is, are hiccups contagious? Does one Rhino’s hiccup transfer itself by some convoluted system? Do hiccups have an incubation period?
At the rate this Rhino Investigation has been moving, We may never know.
Rhinos are gifted at weather forecasting. Our system is not Groundhogular; they decipher Shadows, so We are told, which sounds peculiar.
The Rhino system (and a mighty dependable one it is) is Olfactory. A sniff here or there, and upcoming climatic data whelms us.
Rhinos smell not only with our noses but also with our gums. Ask anybody.
Rhinos are into Running, take our word for it. That said, there is often a question of A) are We running to get somewhere? B) Are We trying to get away from something? or C) are We just in a hurry to go, just for the going’s sake? Itchy feet?
One sure thing about Running: We get wherever sooner.
Please don’t ask what the virtue of that is.
Peripheral Vision is a dandy phenomenon. You are looking at thing A, and then, over on the side there, you get a glimpse of something entirely Else! (B).
It’s not so much Imagination as it is an Association of some unpredictable sort. Maybe that is where Ideas come into our heads, through our eye sockets.
Today’s ocular peekaboo is what reminded YIR to remind our Readers that today starts Chinese New Year, the Year of the Rooster.
Rhinos are oh-so-much into the spirit of Pie Day, snarfing up foods that make Us merry. We need a lot of food to keep ourselves in trim, and pie is always an attractive idea.
We do not actually have pie in the Wild, but We can conjecture pie at any time, with crust or without. All of our pies are vegetable pies, that being all We eat.

Grass has everything to recommend it. Not only is it attractive; it comes in many flavors and varieties.

Pablo Picasso was born yesterday in 1881. ‘Your Inner Rhino’ missed the boat, but not for want of trying. It turns out that his artistic work is tougher to fake than We had supposed, so there was a holdup. We thank you all for your patience, and hope not to trespass upon it again, soon. The question arose while working on this little tribute of what anybody would think they look like if mirrors did not exist? If We Rhinos only saw our reflection in water, would We assume other critters were in there, visiting Us?

When We Rhinos feel peculiar, We just look around for that bit of greenery that will do the trick. Two good sniffs, a bit of chomping, then Abracadabra; We’re set to go.
