Admittedly, Rhinos have a reputation for Opinions and Policies and Philosophies. This tendency just seems to come with the territory; our experiences translate themselves into Gems of Insight. Gems which need to be shared.
What We sometimes forget is that nobody else much cares what We say. Or what We assume We intend. If they learn anything, they learn it by seeing Us in action.
Perplexing how often the Words and the Performance do not align.
It’s Full Moon time again. We mention it, since We figure you wouldn’t want to pass up the Moon Dance Opportunity.
Shake that Rhythm Section.
Being equipped with a whole lot of Skin, Rhinos must protect ourselves from bugs and the sun. One effective method is the Mud Wallow, and another, where there is no water, is the Dust Bath.
Dust Bath technique is not complex. We roll around in some loose dirt, and it gives Us a coating of protection. Very Effective. Then We shake off any excess, in consideration of the next Rhino.
And all Natural, naturally. Try it, you might like it.
Rhinos assume that setting out with Good Intentions is better than setting out with Bad Intentions. We all want to support our fellow Critter.
But it is Good to Wait to be asked before starting to fix matters. Rhino experience is that about 83% of the time We have not assessed the situation right. Often, the one We intended to help 1) didn’t want it, or 2) didn’t need it , or 3) both.
Best Intentions don’t guarantee Best Results.
What possible perception would account for the Enormity of Nature’s Dynamic? What Critter could comprehend it, even to the smallest extent?
Well, it isn’t Us Rhinos. That’s for sure.
Finding a Flawless Aesthetic Balance isn’t easy. It requires Taste and Attention. And an assumption that it matters.
The question is whether the Outside or the Inside is more worthy of Dedicated Effort. It’s a Question each Critter must address alone, Rhinos included.
Nobody says it’s easy.
We don’t all eat twigs, We Rhinos. But from those of Us that do, to those of You who don’t, you might try it. Rounds out your diet and keeps your teeth sparkly.
Why not?!?
As such, Fame does not interest Rhinos. We have seen Fame in action, and are impressed with what a peculiar responsibility it creates for the Famous.
We admire the skills these folks have, and We applaud. Do We envy them their lives? No. Our Rhinotude is all We could ask for.
We can imagine that life. But that is quite enough of that for Us.
