Amalgamation

Each and Every Rhino is made up of a variety of Selves. Here We show: 1) the public self, 2) the social-scented self, 3) the private self, and 4) the unknowable self. Each idea tangoes with the others, having its effect, all in step.

(Yes, this is greatly simplified, but We hope the general gist is conveyed.)

Each Rhino is a lot to keep track of.

Notorious

Today is Lucrezia Borgia’s birthday, back in 1480. Her family was ambitious and ruthless. Perhaps her family’s enemies are responsible for Lucrezia’s reputation as a Poisoner.

The telling issue is that nobody has ever figured out who got poisoned. Yet her damaged reputation remains.

Ugly Rumors can be hard to squelch.

The Welcome Wagon

Rhinos wonder what inter-galactic travelers make of their visits to this planet. If anybody took the time to notice them, the tourist would probably be shot, right? If they’re Different, shoot first, ask questions when it’s too late. It’s a System; it has limitations, but it is a policy.

It’s a System and train of thought that keeps all of Nature on its toes.

First things first…

Rhinos are natural collectors of Wisdom; We feel its Gravitational Pull. But one thing We must accept prior to getting even cleverer, and that is our own Ignorance. Without Ignorance, there would never be any Wisdom!

Once We understand that We don’t understand, it makes the whole process a lot easier. We can hunt around for an insight or two, and then move on from there.

That’s the Your Inner Rhino System, in action!

Among the Weeds

Weeds usually means undesirable plants, but for Rhinos, it mostly means Inedible Plants, today. Most plants need some time to get delicious, but until their moment comes, they count as Weeds.

Also, there are Weeds which Rhinos will never eat. They are there for everybody else to eat, which seems fair to Us.

All in all, Nature shoots straight.

Learning the ropes

No matter the sincerity of the aspiration, it may be that Rhinos are not designed to Scurry. We have tried to get it, but the knack of it eludes Us. We get the best coaches and motivational speakers, but still, the only ‘A’ We ever see is for Effort.

These realizations keep our egos from getting bloated. So that’s probably a good thing.
