  1. Another wise and timely reminder this morning. I’ve had my panties in some highly dramatic twists lately about not much of nothing. Perhaps brisk walks and foraging for my meals would help keep things in perspective.

    • Foraging does wonders for quieting the frazzled sleeve of care, and by about the third hour We feel calmer, almost always… or the fourth (assuming that comes after third)…
