To Be, or Not to Be

Artists will agree that most of what gets made is not really Art. It may have elements that succeed, but the total effect is not what the Artist was aiming at.

One sad habit some Artists have is pretending that enough is good enough, so now, it’s Art, and let’s hear no more about it. And then that attitude becomes a habit.

The only critter that determines the merit of a work of art is the Artist. Evaluations must be honest so We can do better next time. Otherwise, what is the point?
