Passing hastily by the first two shape-up forms, I think Yes, I know I can use the practice. A few times in the past week I have gone to places where chatting and comeraderie are the norm… and I felt mildly panicky. Gotta find some band-aids for that part of my psyche. Perhaps time will assuage the situation? Let’s hope so.
An excellent idea to practice joyfulness regularly, lest we forget how. Like physical fitness & brain fitness, perhaps we need regular joy fitness.
