Rhinos have tried in the past to make themselves glow this way, but it hasn’t been in the cards. Nice as it might be, We can’t have it all.

Love this one, Bill! Sweet memories of fireflies held as temporary captive in jars with holey lids. To the best of my knowledge, there are no fireflies in sourthern CA. So, this is one memory that will live firmly in the past. Score one for the east coast!!

I believe that fireflies occur or dwell or whatever in many parts of the world. Don’t give up; they may be on their way to a yard near You!
