It may not be a Universal Truth, but We have found that building on a false premise can be hazardous.
This dictum holds true whether discussing law or architecture or being shot from a cannon, feet first.

Each Rhino is a Captain of Industry, our individual tasks centered on maintaining our health. It takes attention to eat right and eat enough, which is not always easy in the Wild. And so, We need to be Industrious.
We are not looking to be More Rhino than another Rhino. We are all meeting our needs as best We can.
And that makes every day Labor Day.

Today has been Newspaper Carrier Day, and We Rhinos salute Mr. Barney Flaherty, the first N.Y. street vendor hired to sell the paper; one penny was the price. Mr. Flaherty was Irish and was 10 years old.
The New York Sun was geared toward working people, and covered serious topics which no other paper had bothered with. It had a long and illustrious history, as newspapers go.
New York itself was different from today, but then, so are We Rhinos.

Rhinos, like most critters, have had many cultures and factions and developments. Some groups are here today, others have passed along.
Time is difficult to define, even though We all know what it means, sort of. Rhinos see Time as ‘Sun’s up, Sun’s down.’ We let the season’s come and go, grateful when they show up. What is the other option, other than discontent?
A Rhino may put a rock next to another rock to make it clear that today is not yesterday nor tomorrow. After that news, We mostly press on to other business.

When Rhinos encounter something new and different, We can either 1) run away, or 2) think. Thinking takes more time.
We juggle reactions, attractions, repulsions, assumptions, distractions, expectations, traditions and education, vibrations, associations, suppositions, misgivings- all in play, reeling around one another, sorting themselves out.
Conclusions are exhausting for Us Rhinos, for sure.

When provoked, Rhinos try not to go berserk, which is not always easy, by any means.
The Rhino Rule of Thumb is to count to Three, go thrash a shrub or other natural feature, and then count to Three again. Counting involves mental effort, and the thrashing helps blow off steam. The sheme can be repeated as needed, assuming the Rhino in question has not run amok.
We must face the fact: no System is foolproof.

In the Wild there is always a lot to pay attention to. Some of it is beautiful, some not, but paying attention is crucial.
Distractions make it hard for a Rhino to philosophize. A Stupendous Insight is shaping up, and then there’s a new fragrance! Rhinos have to sort that out, right now. That’s how things happen, in the Wild. Exciting times, daily, no waiting or coupons required.
But it’s a good thing We are not writing a book.
