Today has been National Cinnamon Day although most Rhinos are uncertain about just which nation that is. Cinnamon is grown mostly in Asia, but there are four different species, allowing for plenty of debate on which one is best. We like them all, but for different reasons.

One place Cinnamon is grown is Sri Lanka, which was Ceylon. Two important crops there, Tea and Cinnamon.

Still, Tea is not an ingredient in most Sticky Buns. (Just sayin’.)
