Once snakebitten, It only makes sense to keep an eye out for other members of the offending clan.
One hazard of that is that you can be scared frantic by a rope- or a shoelace. Doesn’t seem quite fair, but there you have it.

We think Ophidiophobia sounds like a nifty Name, in case you know someone who could use the suggestion. (It means abnormal fear of snakes.) But it could mean something else that suited the situation: a baby, an orchid, a suburb of Philadelphia. Why not?

Elias hates ’em. My system is a good one, which is to never go outdoors except in a car. So far that has kept my life snake-free. Other than zoos and TV.
