Hey Bill, I wrote this as a comment on the most recent “yourinnerrhino” post, but it didn’t seem to go through. I’ll try again in a bit…
“Lovely! I am continuously amazed and delighted by the range of styles, the beauty of the illustrations, and the depth (and wit!!!) of the commentary.
A non sequitur: On the old Winterland concert hall in San Francisco (sadly, long gone) there was a hand-painted billboard on the side of the building that had a Grateful Dead logo (skull with lightning bolt) and text that read: “They’re not just the best at what they do, they’re the only ones that do what they do.”
I’ve known, for a very long time, that there’s someone else to whom that sentiment applies!
I don’t know how long you can keep this incredible pace, Bill, but the work is gorgeous and enlightening, and I hope it will be for a very long time!”
