Rhinos do not have names, as many of our Readers do. We go on about our business, unhampered by labels. Why bother? We achieve our singularity by Scent, milling about, memorable as We are. Happy, and recognized for our multiple distinctions, our Natural gifts.

Rhinos have noteworthy skills when it comes to scent; We know who has been eating what, how recently, and if the meal contributed to that other Rhino’s peace of mind. All scent is tailored to the specifics of the each Rhino. And of their friends and relations.

You can understand why names in particular are hard for Us to recall. We have such a glut of information, why would We bother? Too much information to juggle as it is.
