‘X’ may mark the Spot; We Rhinos would not bother to argue the point. But what We are forced to consider is When it marks the Spot. Is this Spot ancient or recent or yet to deliver its treasure? We seriously doubt that any message delivered by this system was ever intended for a Rhino. It is too mysterious and intricate for Rhino Minds to fathom (or bother with).

But We are not quitters, We Rhinos. So, We have to stare at the X, that Spot, to see if it will cough up something We can appreciate, or relay to someone who’d know what to do with it.

So many things to consider, not the least of which involves Timing. Are We too soon, too late, or just in the nick of Time? Maybe if Rhinos could tell time, We would be more useful.
